The charitable trust operating the Edenvale Resthome wished to redevelop their rest home with modern facilities including private hospital services.
We provided services for both stages of this project and our work included surveys of parking demand to ensure that the appropriate number of spaces were provided, and assisting the design team with the site design which required careful attention to detail to work adequate truck maneuvering and parking into the constrained site. We also provided expert witness services to both Council resource consent hearings and for an Environment Court appeal.
