A consortium of landowners in Takanini wished to develop their rural landholdings in Takanini for residential use which required a plan change to rezone the land.

A consortium of land owners with holdings in and around the village of Pokeno was planning substantial expansion of the village into a town catering for a population of up to 5900 people with employment opportunities for around 1880&nbsp

The owners of this land adjacent to the motorway in Hingaia wished to rezone their rural land for residential development.

McConnell Property developed the Addison development in Takanini, Auckland between 2005 and 2016 based on an evolving master plan with around 1500 homes.  The master plan called for innovative approaches to medium density residential development including streets that were narrower than those provided for in engineering standards of the time.

St Chads Church in Meadowbank, Auckland wished to upgrade the facilities on it site and we were engaged to assist the architectural team with parking supply and demand, parking design and in preparing for a resource consent application. 

The Order of St John, provider of ambulance and paramedic services in Auckland, wished to develop new office facilities on it's site in Ellerslie.

When the Ministry of Education was faced with the need to completely rebuild Koru School they wished to ensure that the design provided modern facilities including provision for access and parking.

We were engaged by Albany City Developments to assist with a new hotel project in Albany.

When Encounter Christian Centre acquired a warehouse and office site in a commerical area they engaged us to review the site design and to prepare an Impact Assessment to accompany the resource consent for the new church auditorium and office

When Auckland City Council wished to redevelop and enhance the Glen Innes Town Centre they engaged the JASMAX urban design team.
