CoV ID-19 Alert Level 4 As New Zealand goes to Alert Level 4 and implements a nationwide lockdown we are still operating normally, except that due to the travel restrictions we cannot currently undertake any field work such as site visits, measurements or traffic surveys.

McConnell Property developed the Addison development in Takanini, Auckland between 2005 and 2016 based on an evolving master plan with around 1500 homes. The master plan called for innovative approaches to medium density residential development including streets that were narrower than those provided for in engineering standards of the time.
St Chads Church in Meadowbank, Auckland wished to upgrade the facilities on it site and we were engaged to assist the architectural team with parking supply and demand, parking design and in preparing for a resource consent application.
When Encounter Christian Centre acquired a warehouse and office site in a commerical area they engaged us to review the site design and to prepare an Impact Assessment to accompany the resource consent for the new church auditorium and office
