We are often called upon to appear as an expert witness in council hearings or court cases and we have presented evidence for a variety of parties including applicants, submitters for or against a proposal, and for local authorities. We work on resource consents, plan changes, notices of requirement. We have appeared in the District, Environment, and High Courts, as well as mediations, Environmental Planning Agency Board of Inquiry hearings, and in the Land Valuation Tribunal.
