TransTasman Properties wished to rezone their 26 hectare land holding in the Favona Area from Future Urban.
We were involved in assessing various development scenarios to determine the most appropriate use of the land and this included development of a master plan for industrial use and one for residential use.
We subsequently undertook traffic modelling, investigated and designed intersection upgrades and road widening, assisted with subdivision design, assessed the proposal and provided evidence to the plan change hearing.
