The owners of this land adjacent to the motorway in Hingaia wished to rezone their rural land for residential development.
We were engaged as part of the team to develop a master plan for around 1300 homes and a town centre, undertake assessments and provide expert witness to a plan change hearing, and subsequently to the Environment Court.
Following a successful rezoning we assisted with the planning and consenting of Karaka Lakes and Karaka Harbourside subdivisions.
