When the Massey Anglican Church, locally known as the Church of the Good Shepherd, was planning to expand the capacity of their facilities they realised they needed expert traffic engineering advice.
We reviewed the site plan and made recommendations for improvements to the parking and access arrangements. We undertook parking surveys and assessed the impact of the proposal. We also provided a report for resource consent and evidence to a planning hearing.
