Addison Neighbourhood Centre

Addison Developments had identified that the creation of a neighbourhood centre would help to supply services and a community hub for the large Addison subdivision and wished to prepare a design to inform master planning and consenting workstreams.

We were engaged to work together with the architectural team to design the centre that included a supermarket, retail shops, a restaurant, offices, a library and childcare centre.

We provided advice with respect to street design, site access and circulation, parking design, and the design of the supermarket site to provide adequate space for truck operations.
